Terms of Pilgrimage Service
Welcome to Al-Tawaf Umrah Pvt Ltd. By booking our Hajj, Umrah, or Ziyarat packages, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
We provide comprehensive travel services including Saudi Ministry E-Visa processing, roundtrip airline ticketing, 5-star hotel accommodations near Haram, Indian buffet dining, and ground transportation in Makkah & Madinah. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of initial deposit.
Pilgrims must submit passports valid for at least 6 months from travel date. Al-Tawaf Umrah is not responsible for visa rejections resulting from passport damage, blacklisting, or incorrect personal data provided by the applicant.
Hotel check-in and check-out timings follow Saudi Arabia local hotel policies (Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 12:00 PM). Sharing room assignments (Quad, Triple, Double) are arranged according to the selected booking tier.
