Cancellation & Refund Rules

Please review our transparent policy regarding tour cancellations and refunds for Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarat packages.

1. Visa & Ticket Non-Refundable Rules

Once a Saudi E-Visa is issued or flight tickets are ticketed by the airline, the visa fees and airline fare become non-refundable as per Saudi Ministry & Airline regulations.

2. Cancellation Timelines & Deductions

  • 30+ Days Before Departure: Nominal processing administrative fee deduction.
  • 15 to 29 Days Before Departure: 50% package cost deduction.
  • 0 to 14 Days Before Departure: Non-refundable due to advance hotel & transport blockings in Makkah & Madinah.
